Contract

The Logs-Direct Ltd Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to and are incorporated into all contracts for the purchase of goods made through this website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.

The following terms and conditions for Orders, Delivery, and Returns apply specifically to purchases made through this website and are incorporated into your contract with Logs-Direct. In case of any conflict, these specific terms and conditions will be the ones to apply to your Contract. Please read these sections carefully before placing your order. The Website Terms of Use shall apply generally to your use of the website.

Orders

The prices shown include VAT and are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). All payments are to be made in advance of delivery/service by debit or credit card.

Only one promotional code/ voucher may be used per order and must be used prior to its expiry date.

Delivery

Standard delivery is up to 7 working days unless otherwise stated within the product description. Delivery day can be selected at checkout. Delivery times can increase during busy periods. We will do our best to keep you updated with texts/emails informing you of your delivery progress.

Deliveries are made on Thursdays and Fridays between 8.00 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. We do not offer specific delivery times or dates. Please contact us directly to discuss delivery days available if necessary.

All consignments are to be signed for on delivery.

Logs-Direct do not advise consignments to be left without a signature. However, if this is a customer requirement, Logs-Direct accept no liability for missing or damaged goods.

We can deliver to most properties in within a 30-mile radius of our depot, however some areas are not accessible by large vehicles. If we discover, before dispatching an order, that delivery to a property is unlikely due to access restrictions such as low bridges, narrow roads, sharp bends, or weight limits, we will notify you and hold your consignment until a solution is found. If no alternative is available, the customer will receive a full refund.

You should notify us at the time of the Order of any vehicle access restrictions or issues that may prevent us from safely delivering your Order. A charge may be made to you for non-delivery or re-delivery of your order. Information regarding the delivery vehicles can be found in the FAQs section of the website.

Our aim is to follow any delivery instructions supplied at the time of placing the Order. However, our delivery service (for all Orders) is to kerbside only. Delivery to anywhere else on the property is at the discretion of the driver making the delivery.

Logs-Direct will make every effort to arrange delivery of products on the agreed date, but delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. bad weather, exceptionally busy periods, vehicle problems or traffic issues). Logs-Direct accept no liability whether in damages or otherwise for delay of the whole or any part of the goods ordered.

Returns

If you return or cancel your Order, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We may deduct from the reimbursement for any loss of value of the goods if the loss is due to unnecessary handling by you. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Goods should be returned in original packaging and condition. You will arrange for the collection of the Goods.
You will be liable for the cost of the transport for the product to come back to us.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order prior to the delivery of goods to obtain a fully refund of payment. To cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement via telephone, letter, or e-mail.

If the cancellation is made after dispatch, the original payment will be refunded minus any delivery charges incurred.

Refunds

If you return or cancel your Order, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss of value of any Goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.

Miscellaneous

Orders received for Goods not authorised for use in smoke control areas are subject to your responsibilities in understanding and complying with the Clean Air Act 1993, including the need to only use such products on a DEFRA approved appliance.

All goods are subject to availability.

All sizes are approximate unless sold by weight.

All accessories shown are not included unless otherwise stated.

Packaging may vary from that shown on website.

Logs-Direct Ltd reserves the right to amend prices or withdraw Goods without prior notice, prior to the Contract being entered into.
